Register NowWe at Debt Reduction Services Inc. thank you for choosing us to provide your Pre-Bankruptcy Credit Counseling or Post-Bankruptcy Debtor Education courses and certificates. We know that you have many options when fulfilling this requirement, but we are confident you'll be satisfied with our service.
Your Pre-Bankruptcy Credit Counseling Course will:
- Our in person Pre-Bankruptcy Credit Counseling session will allow you the opportunity to fulfill the budget briefing/credit counseling session requirements.
- The session will include registration, disclosure agreement, options for payment, and an educational course which will last approximately 60 minutes.
- A personalized financial summary and list of debt options to consider will be discussed and presented to filers at the conclusion of their consultation.
- Upon completion of the consultation (there are no quizzes or tests required), you will be provided a Certificate of Debtor Education for you to deliver to your legal counsel.
Your Post-Bankruptcy Debtor Education Course will:
- Your course will last the minimum 2-hours specified by the 2005 Bankruptcy Act.
- You will be instructed on subjects ranging from Household Budgeting and Personal Spending Behaviors to Credit and Debt, as well as Risk Management (Insurance) and Consumer Protections.
- You will be provided with tips and suggestions designed to improve your financial situation.
- Upon completion of your course you will be provided a Certificate of Debtor Education for you to deliver to your legal counsel within 3 business days. Expedited service may be available upon request.
Debt Reduction Services is approved* to provide a Classroom Course at least monthly for the Post-Bankruptcy Debtor Education Course in our offices located in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon and Washington.
